Refund for Delayed Projects
If we are unable to deliver your project within the agreed-upon time frame, we offer a possibility for a refund.
Once we start working on your website, there is no possibility to cancel the order. However, we might consider stopping the work and refunding you, depending on the circumstances.
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several days to process, depending on your payment provider. A refund fee of 5% or 100$ (whichever is lesser) will be applied. Please note that the delay should be caused by our team, not by a third-party.
